• WhatsApp Business Data: when you connect your WhatsApp Business account via Meta, data such as your WhatsApp profile, templates, conversation metadata (not full message bodies beyond what is needed for service).
• Message Logs & Usage Data: message counts, timestamp, status (delivered, failed), errors, template usage — for analytics, billing, monitoring.
• Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser / OS type, device identifiers, cookies, usage metrics (pages visited, session durations), referrer URLs.
• Payment & Billing Data: payment method, transaction records, invoices (collected securely via third-party payment processors).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate and maintain the Service.
• To process onboarding of your WhatsApp Business account and verification with Meta.
• To perform billing, usage tracking, and invoicing.

• Meta / WhatsApp / Facebook / Partner API Services: to the extent required for connecting and operating your WhatsApp Business API (template approvals, message delivery status, etc.).
• Service Providers & Sub-processors: third parties that support us (e.g. hosting, payment processors, analytics), under contracts that require them to protect data.
• Legal & Compliance: to respond to lawful requests, regulation, court orders, or to protect rights, safety or property.

• Account and billing data: retained for minimum statutory period (e.g. 7 years for tax, or as required by law).
