2. Eligibility & Account
- You must be a valid legal entity (business) to register and use the Service.
- You will provide truthful information (business name, contact details, email, phone).
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You shall comply with WhatsApp policies, guidelines, and local laws in your region.
3. Usage, Templates & Messaging
Clients are responsible for the content, compliance, and legality of messages sent via the platform. You must:

4. Billing & Payments

- Payments must be made via our supported payment methods. Failure to pay may lead to suspension or termination of service.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and levies in your jurisdiction.
5. Service Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account (immediately) if you:
- Violate these Terms, WhatsApp / Meta policies, or applicable laws.
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive usage, spam, or excessive complaints.
- Fail to pay due amounts.
Upon termination, you lose access to the Service. We may retain certain data (e.g. logs, invoices) as required by law.
6. Disclaimers & Limitations
We provide the service “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. In no case shall our liability exceed the amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from claims, losses, damages arising from your use, content, violations of laws or policies, or claims by third parties.
